Bank of America beefs up global payments solutions business
Lin Guo, Kitty Yen and Olivier Anceau lead China, Taiwan and APAC teams

Bank of America has announced new leadership appointments in Asia-Pacific as part of efforts to strengthen its global payments solutions ( GPS ) business in the region.

Lin Guo has been appointed head of GPS China, based in Beijing, Kitty Yen will assume the role of head of GPS Taiwan, based in Taipei, while Olivier Anceau has been named head of GPS Asia-Pacific, specialized product sales.

Guo joined the bank in 2013 and has more than 20 years of financial services experience spanning sales, client coverage, and management. She will remain the head of GPS corporate sales for China and Hong Kong, and the deputy branch manager for Beijing. She will join the China country leadership team.

Yen joined the bank in 2012 and has close to 30 years of financial services experience spanning treasury sales and corporate banking. She will remain the head of GPS corporate sales for Taiwan, and continue on the Taiwan leadership team and local management team.

Guo and Yen will report to Aziz Parvez, head of GPS Asia-Pacific corporate sales, to Winnie Chen, head of GPS Asia-Pacific, and to their respective local managements. They will both join the GPS Asia-Pacific senior leadership team.

Anceau has more than 20 years of experience in financial services across cash and trade, and corporate and commercial banking, with roles spanning sales and relationship management across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Most recently, he worked with Citi Commercial Bank. 

As head of GPS Asia Pacific SPS, he will lead the bank’s new SPS team, driving strategy for the region across trade, card, core cash, sales readiness and bid management, and advisory. He will be part of the GPS Asia-Pacific senior leadership team and global SPS leadership team, working with the bank's partners across the franchise to deliver a comprehensive client proposition.

Anceau will be reporting to Galen Robbins and Tracy Stover, co-heads of GPS SPS, and Winnie Chen, head of GPS Asia-Pacific. He will be based in Singapore.
